What are you “waiting” for? Think about that for a moment. Then consider this….
All of us, everyone you will pass today, we are all “waiting”…. for something.
It could be a test result from the doctor (no mom, that’s not me), your financial tide to rise, the market you work in to come back around, the motivation to do, be or become something that you know you should do, be or become, a sibling, friend, or spouse to cool off, or warm up, perhaps a ship to sail, or a ship to come in.
We wait, and we wait, and we wait. Most often, in some form of quiet desperation that is totally invisible to those around us.
Hopefully, while we wait, we are doing our part to bring the things we wait for into, or out of, our life, but still, we must wait while they play out.
Amidst our “waiting”, perhaps…. God is also waiting. Waiting….
For access, or more access than He already has, to a life, or even part of a life, so He can step in and do what God does…. change hearts and minds, change wants and desires, change the landscape within you, which will change the landscape around you. (Read all that twice)
Regardless of what you are waiting on, or waiting through….
Be kind to others, while they wait. Be kind to yourself while you wait, and above all, trust…. in the slow work of an all powerful, and all knowing, God.
Get In The Boat. Do Your Part.
From Nose To Toes!
